Misuga Kaiun is a ship management company which was founded in 1994.
We employ staff and engineers who have expertise in engine s and ship painting to ensure the ship runs well. Our staff support ships from the land so the ship can sail World Wide.
We have training to facilities for navigators, engineers and helmsmen to ensure proper education continues. Day and night we work to support ships round the world from the land. We are very proud to be able to provide this service from our staff to sailors around the world.
Sailing has a history of thousands of years. Even though we are a new company we build trust and confidence for our custmers by using our expertise and the latest and best tech technology in the field.

Original ship management system

In our company, ship management and crew management are organized and carried out by an original ship management system which is based on the quality control system (ISO 9001:2008). In order to recruit superior crew members and maintain their level of excellent performance, we established three companies in overseas; Maine Marine Philippines (MMP) ,Maine Tech Ship Management(MTSM)and (Misuga Kaiun (HK) LIMITED).Members of our Japanese management staff based in the Philippines are directly responsible for hiring educating and training crew members.

Our expertise lets us respond confidently and quickly.

"WE WILL RESPOND TO ANY REQUIREMENT"--We offer numerous services to meet the needs of shipowners, as well as provide manpower. As a specialized company shipowners can consult us about any shipping matter.

"AS EXPERTS IN SHIP MANAGEMENT"--We take care of all aspects of the ship management business, such as the planning of new ship construction, maintenance of ships in and out of part , as well as maintenance of ship equipment, construction supervising, attendance on loading, and instruction in seafaring techniques.

"WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE AVAILAILABLE TO BUSINESS PARTNERS"--We are well accomplished in the shippong industry and offer services in areas such as chip ship construction, various service, and long-term charters with major domestic and foreign operations. We also accept business proposals from shipyard.

The industry's first acquisition in Japan. We will deliver world-class relief.

In order to feel easy about shipowner and to have a vessel deposited aiming at the improvement in quality of a crew management service and a ship management service, moreover, in order to carry out the rain check of the crew who feels easy and can leave operation, the qualification of the quality control system (ISO 9001) which is an international standard is acquired. (February 26,2003).
