In our company, ship management and crew management are organized and carried out by an original ship management system which is based on the quality control system (ISO 9001:2008).	Our company was founded 1994 with the stance that we will observe rules and regulations for the best possible ship management to meet the needs our customers and continue to build our company by gaining customer trust.	When new employees enter Misuga Kaiun they learn about the company s spirit, then they receive OJT from their first assignment. To strengthen our language education we employ a native English lecturer at our company.


Our company promises safety and peace of mind on all the scenes during the supervision of a new ship, maintenance check of onboard apparatus, and supervising of construction in new ship-building dockyard.
