We have been tackling shipowners business positively with the strong will.

The overseas subsidiary is the registered owners of the fleet. As a shipowner we have been making a long-term time charter contract with eminent operators in Japan and/or Europe.

With the backup of charter section in major japanese trading companies,we negotiate directly with ship building companies making full use of the know-how accumulated in the experience of building and operation of chip carriers.

Moreover, occasionally a joint enterprise with other domestic leading shipowners is also proposed in the process of such new ship building and operation.

Therefore, we recommend "the main time charter contract with overseas charterers, and new ship building project" by our having a contract of the crew and the ship management.

From now on, we will direct power towards "expansion of the owned bulk fleet ", and "entry to a new field of those other than dry bulk."
